CLIPPS.TV now with HTML5

Support for IPad, Android and other mobile devices

CLIPPS.TV has upgraded its distribution network to support no-flash mobile devices such as Apple's IPhone, IPad or Google Android devices. As the vast majority of users still use the flash browser plugin for watching online video, some emerging mobile devices do not support flash and opt for the new HTML5 standard, enabling video without the proprietary plugin. Juergen Biefang, CLIPPS.TV CEO: "At this point HTML5 does not offer the same level of interaction and control that the Flash plugin provides. But we have to make sure that the content of our clients is available on all major devices."
